Kelly, Charity and Erika spent about an hour one day taking pictures of each other.... looks like Charity took most. But here are some of their masterpieces :)
"You are not here to live a mediocre to average life; you are here to live an amazing life, a miraculous life. If it weren't for your challenges, there would be no miracles. You must do that which seems impossible, for it is only in the impossible that miracles are had." - author unknown, but very respected

Nate's Last Eval!!!
Last Tuesday, the 16th, Nate took his last Eval! Yep, you read that right, his very last Eval EVER!!!! And HE PASSED!!! SO exciting! This means that he is ready to move back onto the floor to complete his R-side training. He will have a trainer looking over his shoulder for the next 6 (ish) months now, and then he will be done. It's looking really good right now and we're feeling very relieved to have made it to this point! Things have been really stressful for the past couple of months with Nate having several Evals, and not feeling completely comfortable with the new training, but he did it!! He will start on his new schedule, we were blessed to have Sunday/Monday off as a choice, so that was good. We're looking forward to the changes.
I'm really just so proud of him! I can't believe what he's been through and the hard work he's had to put forth. It's just amazing to me. He really does love and take care of his family and does whatever it takes to provide for us. I appreciate that. I appreciate his ability to push himself.
I know he's not done, so I'll save the big "You did it!" speech for later, but I know it's just around the corner, and I look SO forward to when he is CPC. He has worked so hard.
To celebrate this last Eval, we surprised Nate with a little cake. I couldn't tell you why the picture is so crummy, I wish I'd taken the time to look at it before it was too late, but whatever, it is what it is :). At least my Hottie looks cute in it anyway, that's all that matters.
CONGRATULATIONS, BABE!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Bubble Blowing
So during our puking/pooping/cleaning up puke and poop weeks, we spent a LOT of time together in the family room, on the couch. There was not a lot of movement, minus the running to the bathroom. But once Nate started feeling better, he was really good at taking the kids on walks, and getting them outside. It was really nice to know that everyone was getting some fresh air. He took them out on Sunday to blow bubbles and got lots of pictures.... they were pretty cute so I thought I'd share them.
"the same day that he realized it was wiggly"!
and he wanted to pose with Erika :)
And put the glasses on her face :).... what a fun big brother!
I think I already posted about this, but without the pictures, but anyway-
We went outside after putting the kids in bed and watched the clouds. At one point we watched a small little whisp of a cloud grow into a huge gray "storm cloud" (brad's words). It was really fascinating. I don't think I've ever seen the clouds do that. Or I didn't pay attention to it. It was really neat. Nate took lots of pictures for us. I like to have the pictures because it was a really nice quiet moment for Nate and I..... and the kids that came out when they heard us outside :)... they had to see the clouds too.... it really was too cool to pass up.
