"You are not here to live a mediocre to average life; you are here to live an amazing life, a miraculous life. If it weren't for your challenges, there would be no miracles. New Camera :).

Everybody loves the pillow... it's irresistible.

I pretty much just sat there taking pictures of everything to test out all the settings.  It's more fun than manual!

Who doesn't love "the face"!!

I think part of my problem is I don't know what I like best as far as photography styles go.  I'm torn between reality and fantasy.

Watching these two play with the little dolls together is about the funnest thing ever.

Brad, Noah and I played Brad's new Family Feud card game.

My new nativity in a crooked photo... thanks mom!  This is really cool.

love this :).

This was macro from a distance...

Jack recently learned that he is capable of carrying Molly (this was entirely my fault).  So now he does it every chance he gets.  It's actually kind of funny because she doesn't seem bothered at all by the awkwardness of it all.  It's like it's just another form of transportation for her where she doesn't have to move her own legs so she can overlook the discomforts.  These two are adorable together.
And do we love the color in these?  I do!!

See what I mean- she's just using the force to get him to move in the most productive direction :).

This is the gift Erika made for me at school this year... I LOVE it!!
Snomans are totally my favorite.

Please excuse the boogers...

Kinda missed Luke's ornament on the AF points.

I got to play with Kelly's curling wand finally :).

So pretty!
Look at this gorgeous girl!!

Okay, Jack was HILARIOUS with the walkie talkies!!  These are of course Bradley's gift, but I think Jack has gotten the most use out of them.  He doesn't know how to lift his hand off the button when he's done talking though, so unless Brad is nearby and in the house where he can still hear him- he's not getting much through the walkie talkie :).  Cracks me up.  Probably why Santa didn't get some for Jack.  He's not quite ready for that.

This is when I let the guilt get to me and went outside to get some snow pictures.  I'd missed all the special moments.  This dumb cold has really disabled me this week.  So these were pretty lame... Luke wasn't doing anything exciting.

But look how much snow we got!

These would probably look better on a cool setting.  I like warm pictures better though.

And I did get a little carried away taking pictures of everything :).  Here's my peanuts nativity my mom gave me a couple years ago.

This was the first nativity she gave me.  Along with the Santa Claus from the Hokansons 15 years ago :).

This one needs an awesome backdrop.  I love this one.  From my mom of course, a couple years ago.

Crooked, but one of my favorites!  Sarah made this one a few years ago.

My cute snowman from Kim :).  I just love thinking about Kim when I see this.

The first nativity set I owned :).  From Dan and Jen the year Nate and I got married.

From my mom couple years ago.  (I guess they all weren't "a couple" years ago, but I definitely don't remember which years were which)

From the Mathers, love this one!
(not sure why my photos are so crooked... I need to work on that)

We added some smoothie to the mess :).

This is what Jack likes to see himself doing on the camera :).

And this... see how she's still smiling?!  So bizarre.

My cute new slippers from Barbara.  I just love thinking about Barbara when I look at them :).
I'm so impressed with the quality of these last 5- they were taken in VERY dim lighting.  This camera is so awesome!!
