"You are not here to live a mediocre to average life; you are here to live an amazing life, a miraculous life. If it weren't for your challenges, there would be no miracles. You must do that which seems impossible, for it is only in the impossible that miracles are had." - author unknown, but very respected

Enjoying a warmer day.....

by taking lots of pictures of Luke and Erika :).....
Luke and Erika wanted to go outside..... so we did.  These two LOVE being outside.  It's a lot of fun to just sit out there and watch them.  And even more fun when I have a camera in my hands :)  They were both in good moods and wanted pictures taken.  Sweet little Noah was asleep on the couch, so he is not featured in this post until the end when he is waking up from his nap.....

I like how most of these pictures turned out, but I think I need to hold the camera more still because they're just barely too blurry for me.  But whatever, I don't ever want to let the quality of a picture keep me from enjoying the cute subjects.

I know this blue jacket does her bald little self NO good!  She got mistaken for a boy twice at the store that day.... I think it's mostly her hair.... but I really should be more careful what I dress her in :)

This next series of pictures are my favorite.  This is her noticing that a cat just stepped into our backyard.  She's not sure if she likes that....

Then she decides she's okay with it, points to it and hangs out her tongue to do her dog sound (I think she was a little confused :) )

A little nervous again.... it's getting closer....

Look MOM!  A CAT!

"here kitty, kitty, kitty....."

"oh, goodie!  he's coming over here!!"

"Kelly's cat 'Smokey'" (we don't own a cat, but this one is Kelly's)

Take a picture of ME mom!

"Now like THIS!"

tears.  So sad.

Don't be surprised if I make this my new profile pic

Random Pictures- again with the laziness

Right when we got home from church, Brad jumped out of the car and grabbed the snow shovel and began shoveling the walks.  It was incredible.  I really don't know where he got the idea, or how he learned how to do it.  Nate probably taught him.  And then when he finished ours, I talked him into doing the neighbors'.  He didn't seem too put out, and I think he had fun because he came back home and did the backyard.

Sarah got lots of cute pictures of the kids when she was babysitting my kids.  I have been playing with most of them, you can see those later.... here are some cute ones until then.

This is Erika's "Sarah, are you seeing this?!" look :) HA!  (oh, I guess I took these ones after I got home... forgot.  But Sarah did get some really cute ones....)
