Last Monday was our family party with Nate's side. Nancy and Mark planned it, and they did such a great job! It was so much fun! We played a few games and riddles, then we ate a fabulous Chicken Cordon Bleu dinner, and then a few more games, including Human Fuss Ball, and then we had an exciting visitor!
Santa Claus showed up!
Everyone was so excited!
Kelly was the very first one to sit on his lap! She was so adorable! I couldn't help posting all of these shots that Nate got of her. (The camera slowed down through the rest of the time, so he didn't get as many of everyone else.)
Kelly said, "I don't know when he asked what she wanted."
Cute little Samantha
Erika was SO brave! She just jumped right up and went and sat on his lap! Made some of her Aunts and Uncles who she's been too shy to even look at wonder what was up! Made her Mom wonder for that matter! She's so funny. She keeps telling me how she was "not even scared!" She told Santa she wanted a blankie. But then retracted it when we got in the car... who knows what this little girl wants! She wrote "pillow" in her letter to him though.
Charity was funny. Santa realized that he DIDN'T need to get her a megaphone for Christmas, and totally pointed out how energetic she is :) She told Santa she wanted wheelie's for Christmas. Apparently she's backed down from the laptop idea. Smart girl.
Sweet little Sierra.

Bradley was brave too :) He asked Santa for Wheelies also. First time Santa had heard anything about him wanting Wheelies... first time I'd heard it too for that matter. He also said he wanted Bey Blades.
Luke said, "anything" when Santa asked what he wanted. :) What a cutie!
Evan. I can't believe the kids all just sat there and watched! Good kids.

This was when Kelly helped Noah go up there. He was nervous. Unfortunately, Nate didn't get any of him standing next to him. But the cute part was that he asked Santa for just about everything he could think of :) All of his superhero stuff. Santa said he'd try to get him some of it :). Such a funny kid.
Jocelyn. And Aunt Jen. Jen's the sweetest Aunt. Always right there! She's even her GREAT Aunt. I love it.
And of course Jack-Jack had to have a turn! What a stud, wearing the same color as Santa and everything!
Um, yes, my baby is the cutest baby on the planet! I just love him!

Nobody is too old (or uncomfortable, apparently) to sit on Santa's lap! Poor Grandma got forced :)
But she managed to whip up a smile for the camera. What a good sport!
Grandpa Russ too!! Who would have ever thought we'd have a picture like this :). I love it!
Meg's one of my most favorite Moms. She's so fun with her kids. Someday I hope to be as fun as her.
All the Harris boys!! What a good looking bunch of kids! I can't believe how fast they've all grown up.
Caleb
Santa wanted to sing and dance around with the kids a little before leaving. Took us a while to make a circle, but they all loved it!
What fun!
What a fun party! Feels like Christmas even more now!
