As promised, I took the kids over to the church on Wednesday so that they could use their outside toys that they hadn't really been able to use yet. I had invited everyone from playgroup, but nobody got the email in time. It was a lot of fun with just us though, and I think it was some much needed wiggle-time. Erika brought her roller blades she's had forever and dragged Molly around the gym. She's getting really good on those things. No outside toys for her.
Jack brought his bike from last year as well. Just in the mood to ride his bike I guess :).
Luke was able to really try out his stilts. He's pretty good! Could use more practice, but for his first time he did great!
Noah brought his rc car. This kind of reminded me of the days when I was in Elementary school and after Christmas we would have a day where you could bring one of your Christmas gifts and we'd all go to the gym and play with them... pretty fun, but as a parent now- seems dangerous. What if something broke or got stolen. It totally wouldn't fly now days.
Molly was in a pretty good mood :). I love her face in this picture :). And of course, if you know me you know- the hoodie is a must :).
I know I shouldn't, but this picture just makes me laugh with (not at of course!) Bradley in the background.
I was totally impressed with how well Bradley was doing on the unicycle! He said, "I just need to be okay with falling and not let it stop the fear of it stop me."

Charity brought her book that she was supposed to be reading all Christmas break. Because there's nothing else to do teachers assign HOMEWORK OVER THE BREAK!!! Rude.
Kelly was really busy and quiet the whole time- working on her list book- pretty cool idea- fun that she likes it so much- good one Grandpa!
So this was the day before, but over the break Noah got his battery pack stuck in the wrong direction in his rc car. Not realizing it was in the wrong direction, I pushed it all the way in, completing the "stuck". It was not coming out for anything and we even busted up the battery pack thing pretty good- still functionable, but busted up. I took some of it apart, not too much because I didn't want to ruin it, but enough that I thought I could fix it. Didn't work. So then I started looking online for a new one since I felt bad that it was kinda my fault. Found a fairly cheap one and decided I would just get him a new one. But then the thought occurred to me that maybe I should try taking it apart one more time only unscrewing the whole thing. If I was just going to get him a new one then what's the harm? So I did! I got it all taken apart and used the screw driver, in the opposite end of the battery compartment to push the pack out!! And it came out!! It was so thrilling :). Then I actually put the thing back together properly and had it up and running in, really, no time at all. I was so proud of myself :).
