Okay, so I just sat here with Sarah, opened a photobucket account and learned how to upload pictures from there. I'm hoping this will solve my picasa overload problem. It's kind of a relief to know that I won't have to open a million more google accounts just to fit all my huge picture files. At the same time, I felt so embarrassed to have Sarah look at my pictures :) I don't know why. Well.... wait.... I do know why! It's because she and Brent do such amazing photography. I feel like a dork when I compare mine to theirs. And I know I shouldn't.... they have WAY more experience, WAY better equipment, and WAY better artistic abilities, but it's just so hard to not. I just like taking pictures. I like playing with Lightroom even though I'm still learning. I knw it's not a big deal, and I do love how some of mine turn out. I just have to squint when I look at Brent and Sarah's so I don't get jealous maybe :) HA! jk. SO anyway. Here are my amateur edits. There's a lot of reruns, I couldn't decide what look I liked best in some of them. I'm thinking I need to do more with bright colors.... can't decide.....
I do have to thank my sweet husband for the little boost of confidence he gave me the other night on this one. He's so sweet. He said he really liked this one. I think it's cute too. And how appropriate that she's holding a basketball right :) Sounds like a good Father's day present from Erika!
