We finally got to see Kelly's big play, Into The Woods! It was so fun to watch Kelly perform! Kelly was Little Red Riding Hood. She looked adorable in her costume. She had a few really big moments, a couple solos, and just totally nailed them! She really brought the show alive. I can't say the whole play was my favorite, Kelly definitely has developed some amazing acting skills over the years, but nobody else in her class seemed all that interested in acting :). No offense to them, but my daughter was the best and totally stole the show (totally UNbiased statement). I loved watching her back in her element again. She needs to get in more plays. It made me miss Holbrook. Kelly really made us proud. Grandma Hatch, Simon and Grandpa Hatch all came, along with Kelly's good friend Cassidy (she actually missed Activity Days to attend Kelly's play- made Kelly feel really cool), and Cast B's wolf, Hannah, Kelly's new friend, were all there to support and cheer her on. We of course went to Dairy Queen afterward for ice cream and fries. 4-15-15
