For the past 2 months Charity and Kelly have been working their little patooties off going to play practices and rehearsals for their school musical. It's been a lot of fun for them. Friday the 11th was their first performance, for the school, I was there helping with the sound crew, so I got to watch. Then last week they had four performances! I got to go to every showing but I brought different people with me everytime. Tuesday was with Nate a the littles. We celebrated at Firehouse Pizza with some F'zookies! It was a very peaceful time out. I'm not sure what it was, but I felt so happy there. Must be the chocolate! jk. Wednesday my Dad and I went. And Grandpa took us all out to Baskin Robbins afterward. Poor Grandpa dropped his icecream on the floor right after he got it. Then Thursday Brent and Sarah and their boys came and Friday we got to have Grandma and Simon at the play and then over for ice cream afterward. The girls loved having the constant support.
The second and third graders were Oompa Loompas. So they were right next to each other nearly the whole play. I wish I had gotten some better pictures of them, but there was a "no flash photography" rule, so they aren't the best. I did get some really great video though, since they came down the aisle and stopped right by us through some of the songs. It was so fun for me to watch my big girls perform. I loved it everytime I saw it!! They did so good and worked so hard. I hope they always want to participate in these kinds of things because I never really did and I wish I had. They were sad when it was over.
Brent liked this one.... I'm not sure why, but he's professional, so it must be cool.

How fun! I loved being in plays throughout school -- so many good memories! They're adorable and so lucky their mommy takes so many pics!
