I'm glad I got some pictures, but I wish I hadn't been too lazy to get some myself. It sure was fun to see our kids playing together though.
VEENENDAALS
Nate had some papers and books and stuff to give Jake so he can get a head start before Oklahoma, and so they planned a little visit to come get that. We decided to have dinner together while we were at it :). It was such a fun evening! I love spending time with Annie and her cute kids. They are so adorable! She is such a cute mom and just such a good friend. I sure hope things go well for them with the whole ATC thing. I think it could be so good for them. I hope she survives Oklahoma. It's so hard!! I know she will, I guess I just hope I can be there for her. It's so exciting though, to think that by this time next year, he could be close to being a fully certified Air Traffic Controller!! Jack Jack got stung by a bee, came in and told me how the bee had bit his head and eaten it. So sad!! And then poor Jocelyn got stung THREE TIMES by the wasps in our backyard. Dumb wasps. I felt bad. I also felt bad that I had to leave for a bit to have our Beehive Presidency meeting, which I had been expecting would fall through just like all the other times we had planned it in the last month. But we had it! And it went pretty well. Thankfully, Annie and Jake stayed and I got to say goodbye to them. Such a cute family. I just love them. 7-8-16
