We were able to squeeze coloring eggs into our crazy schedule. This is something I don't think we will ever be able to cut out. Our kids love it! I love it :). Nate and I bought the eggs that day and we did our homemade dye again which I think is the best thing that ever happened to our egg coloring tradition. It's just so much easier/cheaper/better color selection... you name it. It's just better. We've developed a trusted system and things go smoothly. I love how well everyone got along this time and how much fun they had together. You can see they all take it very seriously.
Brad helped Molly a lot of the time. She wasn't AS interested in it this year and wanted to get messier than we wanted, but she got to experience it with the fun of her big brother.

We still love using the white crayon method. And we did do some with oil in the end. I couldn't interest anyone in the new ideas I saw on Pinterest. Probably for the best.
Nate even got in on the action this year! Felt like it had been a while since he was able to participate in this tradition with us.
My I love Nate egg. Not green for some reason. But this blue was amazing!
The good news: this year we actually ate almost ALL of these eggs! Eight dozen of them! I think we only threw away a few that got rotten. Pretty cool :). 3-29-18
