"You are not here to live a mediocre to average life; you are here to live an amazing life, a miraculous life. If it weren't for your challenges, there would be no miracles. You must do that which seems impossible, for it is only in the impossible that miracles are had." - author unknown, but very respected

Brad is SIX!!

My big boy is getting bigger!!

Brad is a sweet, sensitve, tough guy :).  He really is just so thoughtful and so loving.  He has big muscles that he likes to use to help out around the house too though :).  He asked me the other day if I was stronger than Dad and when I said, "no way!" he said, "I AM!"  He is very confident and very sure of himself.  He's getting really good at reading, though he doesn't like to be out of the know.  He always knows what the word was, even if I had to tell it to him :)  He is VERY logical about some pretty deep concepts.  It amazes me  how much this kid  understands.  He's really very good at figuring things out.  He likes to know everything that is going on, and how and when things are going to happen.  He is very good at scheduling his life and expecting things to follow his schedule.  I really like this about Brad because he keeps me in line.  He likes to be outside and doing things.  He enjoys school, but not the part where you sit and do work, that is boring.  He enjoys that that is his thing though, and likes to talk about school with the girls.  He knows he is smart and enjoys that too.  He is making lots of new friends, and keeps trying to get Timothy to call and hang out.  I can't wait to see what Brad does with his life.  He is strong and independent and makes a big impression on those around him.  He is the ward Testimony Bearer.  Most of the people in the ward have expressed some kind of appreciation for Brad and his willingness to get up every fast Sunday and bear his testimony.  He's a very good example and OH SO brave!!!  I admire him in so many ways.  I hope he knows how much I love him and how much I look up to him.  And I hope he has a fabulous birthday!!!

And of course, the look back.....

His delivery was so hard, yet so worth it!!  He was such a sweet, quiet, peaceful baby.  Hardly made a peep.

What a CUTE little 1 year old!!!  He was so fun and happy all the time!!  I loved making him laugh.

At age 2 Bradley really started to get his strong personality and his need for organization kinda kicked in :)  He was so happy to have his airplane pancake I remember :)

Ah yes, the construction candles.... he loved his cake that year.  I can't believe how old he looks when he was only THREE!!!

Bradley at FOUR

And of course last year at FIVE!  Oh, he's so handsome!  I love his dimples especially.  That toy is still one of his favorites.  Took it for Teach And Tell for his first time.  Bradley really is growing up to be an awesome little boy.  I couldn't ask for more.
