Thursday evening our power went out. We were glad that we had decided to grill that night, so we were still able to eat a yummy dinner without too much trouble. Isn't it funny how much you forget about the power until it's out. We decided that rather than wit around in our dark basement when there were still a couple hours till bedtime we would just go down to the Park and play for a bit. Of course the power came back on as we were getting ready to go, but after much persuasion from the kiddos, we went anyway. Just a regular old trip to the park. Watching the latest tricks, showing Erika all the fun, and staying later than we planned :) We got a few pictures that I think we'll want to have to remember this trip.
It's really fun for all of us to watch Erika go down the slide.... she sure loves it

I love your family. You are seriously the best mom ever! I love how your family has fun together all the time! As Caden is struggling with it being Brecken's b-day I was bragging about you guys and how great your kids on on eachother's birthdays.
