Our cute high school girls let me take their picture before they left. I am really excited about this year for them and having them in the same school again. I think they're both looking forward to it.
Charity is a Junior, she's in the special choir, peer tutor again, which she loves, and her favorite one she's looking forward to is Sign Language!
Kelly is a Sophomore. She's taking AP Psych, peer tutor, her favorite after the first two days of school were the core classes, because of who's in her class and the teachers. Cool girl.
Luke is in 7th grade this year! He's pretty excited about his Art class, the one we didn't remember registering him for :). He's also looking forward to the musical.
Brad is in 8th grade. He's in Choraliers this year and really excited about having Luke at school with him. He's loving not being a sevie so far :).
Our Junior High-ers
The Elementary kids! I can't believe we only have three at the Elementary school! It's been a long time since that was the case :). About eight years in fact! Everyone's growing up too fast!
This handsome Jack is in 1st grade, Mrs. Burns is his teacher. He is looking forward to Art, Math and eating lunch at school!
Cute Erika is in 3rd grade with Mrs. Masterson (who isn't disorganized AT ALL!) and she is looking forward to being in Kate's class again :), but also making new friends.
Noah is a big 5th grader this year! Mrs. Moncur is his teacher. He is looking forward to having Tony in his class.
I was so sick the night before, well what am I saying, it was ALL NIGHT, that I was kind of out of it the morning of. I was so sad! I like to make this really special for everyone and be all happy and cheerful, but instead I was camped out on the couch, trying to stay awake. Such a bummer for me. I don't think anyone else noticed. Well, maybe Kelly did. So anyway. Here we are at the school- I won't give the details of how I was feeling while we were there, but it was pretty crappy. No pun intended. Would have been nice if there was a bathroom outside... tmi??
Morgan's mom sent me this one- so cute! Too bad they had to break up our trio this year!
The kids got in line with their teachers and then we just waited.
This was cute- I caught him trying to do the Voyagers sign with the Principal :). Might take some practice.
They all had a great first day!
I missed them all so much! So did Molly. We weren't really sure what to do with ourselves! We did go to play group.
Our ride home from school was pretty thrilling though, it was raining and then hailing the largest hailstones I think I've ever witnessed! The sound that made in our huge van is just INCREDIBLE!! I was so shocked that there weren't a million huge dents in the top of our car! It was INSANE! And then again when I was picking up the Junior High kids- it was coming down!! Kinda crazy. Pretty cool though- memorable.
