Molly's 3rd Birthday!

Molly's birthday came so fast!  I feel like I wasn't quite ready for it.  Mentally.  But she seemed to have a great day!  We sang to her first thing in the morning.  Then she and Kelly made her a sign to hang on the door- apparently this is a tradition for them- what do I know.  I was all ready to feel bad about forgetting it and Kelly told me what's what.

I don't know if I ever got a picture of the finished product?

After that we worked on her cupcakes- Charity, Erika and I went to the store for some last minute supplies.  Ran into my 2nd cousin, Kiera, which was pretty awesome. She's always been one of my favorite people to see at the reunions.

After we finished the cupcakes (which, by the way, were a horrible choice for cupcakes that need to be transported!  I had to basically glue them to the gross looking muffin tin in order for them to not fall over and get all messed up.  Two of them fell in the car, one fell as we were getting out of the car.  Plus they ended up being a little soggy, so nobody even liked them!) we went to BUILD A BEAR!!!
We were all so excited about this that I think we all over-stimulated Molly.  She had a great time, but I think it was a little much for her!  Especially right at nap time.  Didn't plan that out too well I guess.  She picked out a cute purple "honcorn" as she calls it.  Very fun!  That place is too cute.
After that we raced over to the castle park for Molly's Tangled Party :).  As we called it.  Thanks to Kelly :).

She was so adorable asking me how to open all the gifts- needed my help every other step of the way.  She was being so cute!

looking to see if she needed more nail polish on

Doing all the handshakes again :).  I love these!

She wasn't a big fan of the silly string which totally bummed Jack out, but now we know :).

She made us all close our eyes if she hadn't completely unwrapped a gift- she didn't want to talk about it at all until every last scrap had been removed!  Took forever :).

She loved the Monster Bubbles stuff that Luke had picked out for her at the market.  This was cute.

And playdoh to do with Charity!

Bug catching to do with Brad!  Pretty much everyone gave her something she could use with them.  Very cool!

"My favit movie!!"

For some reason she wouldn't give grandpa a thank you hug!  Or Dawn for that matter!  She did do the high five for grandpa, but Dawn got nothin'.  Not sure why!  She came running after him to give him a big hug when he left??  Kids are so funny.  Maybe she didn't want it slowing down her present opening?

"TANGOED!  Dat my favit movie!"

Lots of Rapunzel stuff :)

Well, I forgot the matches/lighter and since Steve wasn't there- we had to do a pretend blowing out the candles.  I'm still bummed about this.  I found the perfect number three candles too!

Look how cute she is pretending to blow them out though!

The only picture of the cupcakes up close- too bad it's this one.  Kelly did the brown, I did everything else.  The consistency of the top purple frosting was not right... shoulda added more powdered sugar.  But other than that- they're pretty cute cupcakes.  Molly loved them :).

We came home and sat around a little, played with some of Molly's toys, and then the bubbles were ready to go!

They were a lot of fun!  Even though I kept having to change the camera settings because people would move in and out of the shade and sun, I am still really happy with these pictures!

After the bubbles it was time for the movie!  We all watched Tangled together and ate all of the popcorn Noah had given Molly :).  Like six bags!!  Holy moly.  Oh well.  All in the name of Molly's birthday!  I hope she had a good one- she deserves it!  We love our little princess.
