"You are not here to live a mediocre to average life; you are here to live an amazing life, a miraculous life. If it weren't for your challenges, there would be no miracles. You must do that which seems impossible, for it is only in the impossible that miracles are had." - author unknown, but very respected

Noah's 2!!!

I can't believe Noah is 2!! He's such a sweet little boy.

Things I love about Noah: His smile. His "eeeeYEah!". The way he scrunches up his ee-oh and pats his face with it. The fact that he loves his Mommy and Daddy so much! How he says "um" while he's thinking (or not) about his answer. How he laughs at the "Oops" book. His fascination with the potty and flushing it (not going in it of course :)).

Things Noah likes: Macaroni and Cheese. His ee-oh (that's more of an obsession than just a like). "eet"s (treats). Getting into things on his own. Turning on the tv. Reading the "Oops" book. Pushing buttons on the DVD players and putting things inside of them. Hot chocolate. Toy guitars (I so gotta find him one for his bday). Taking showers. Rocking with Mommy. His first two fingers.

Things he doesn't like: Most foods that don't contain sugar. Taking off his coat right when he gets home. Mom's hair touching him. Going to bed at night. Bread and sandwiches. Too many kernally thingys on his popcorn.

Things Noah does now: He likes his nap and takes only one now, a day. He is slowly learning how to help himself with a lot of things. He likes jumping off the furniture :)... his hop is the cutest. He can say a lot of words now. He learns a new one about everyday. Not quite into sentences yet. He is showing a lot of interest in the potty so we will probably be starting on that real soon here. He can play cars, and hide and go seek with his big brothers. He's finally able to walk up the stairs and out to the car and get in his seat by himself. He doesn't like to, and it's not that he couldn't, but now he does :). He feeds himself really well, and actually cleans up after himself pretty well too.

Noah is a sweetheart. He is really calm and quiet most of the time. His focus and ability to concentrate on one thing for a long period of time is AMAZING! Especially for a two year old. He is very sensitive so he likes things to be said nicely and calmly. He does get mad sometimes though and he is very good at the pouting tantrum. It's really just too cute to get mad at him for it though. As long as he has his ee-oh with him, he's good to go. Noah has a very contagious laugh. Everyone loves making him laugh. Anything goofy. He's very loving too. We all love Noah. He's a fun little guy.

Here's looking back:

First birthday
