The coolest thing that happneed this year. 5-27-18
The coolest thing this year is when we made our flowers. You cruple up the little pieces of paper and glue it on the flower until the flower was done.
the other thing this year is that I got mrs. turnbow! and I was in Kate and Morgan were in my class.
this year I started playing softball. We won most of our games. I loved playing softball. :)

TOPIC: The coolest thing that happened to me this year
So this year was my first year playing for the ACTUAL Davis team and the season went really well! Better than I expected. I made so many friends and memories both with the JV girls nad the varsity. It was a really great experience to be on a team where everyone is super united and where we're all focused on the same thing, playing the sport we all love so much!! one cool thing that happened was I got my mile down to eight min and 30 sec!! I also scored a lot in the games. But the actual coolest thing happened at the end of the season when Kelsey asked me to play up for varsity when they go to the tournament! I was so excited and actually really surprised that she'd ask me :) So I went to most of the playoff games and we kept on winning I we were all getting super excited but trying not ot get our hopes up. Then we won the last game against Skyline which meant we got to play in the CHAMPIONSHIPS!! and that included me! It was a really intense game full of fun, intensity, cool shots, music, bunny hops :), bad calls, talking back to the refs, injuries, and the whole time hoping we would ocme back and take the win. I have to admit it was a little sad when we lost but just the thought that we made it the farthest you can go is really cool! I even got a medal!! I'm so glad I got to do that this season.

I think the coolest thing that happened to me this year was being able to branch out and talk to people this year. I made tons of new friends and was able to figure out, mostly, what qualities I like in friends. Another thing was being able to goof off and talk in class with my teachers and other classmates. Overall, this was a year that I really had to stretch myself socially to feel comfortable and have fun. Another cool thing was getting to be in Once On This Island and Boris and The Briefcase. Acting isn't my forte but I love to sing and loved being able to do that this year. The coolest class I took this year was AP Psychology. I absolutely LOVED this class and learning about the brain. This class definitely made this year more bearable. Overall, my sophomore year has been amazing and I can't wait to see what Junior Year has in store :)

something fun about this year was when me and clint went to boondocks after school for DARE. We waited for like five minutes in the line to get our passes. But while we werewaiting another worker starting working another spot so we went right over there and were first in line. First we played golf. It was really fun because every time we couldn't get it in the hole we would just use our hands. Clint ikept on begging me to go on the go-carts. I told him I was too small but then he said we both could go on the same one. So we did the go-carts but I tested to see if I could go in a single go-cart even though the sign said I was too small. I fit in it just fine. I even beat Clint in it. He said it was only because his cart was slow. Lame. One really fun thing was the bumper boats. On the bumper boats you could spray the other people so I targeted Clint and he got soaked. He also was targeting me but I wore a jacket so after I took off my jacket and I was perfectly dry. We also did bowling and the first round I didn't get any spares or strikes. Clint got at least one of each. But the second round I got like 5 spares and won by alot. Later we tried the arcade but the best game didn't work so we tried bowling again. The person worked the machine and told us our three hours wer up so we couldn't do bowling but we found out that the card readers without computers didn't tell if our hours were up so we did everything else over and over. We also spent alot of money on snacks. The pizza slice costed alot until we relized how big the slice was. It was like a fourth of a pizza. I bought us the pizza but clit bought us juice. Now Clint wants to go all day for his birthday.

This year was my frist year of Junior high. It was very hard. I loved and hated all eyar gym because the coaches were so rude. If we spoke when they were speaking they would either make us do 50 pushups, run 20 min straight, or make us not speak and do nothing for 20 minutes. We got to do basketball, track, softball, tennis, golf, badmitten, soccer, flag football, and volleyball. My favorite sport we did was basketball and track. I was one of the best on my gym team at b-ball and we even made it to the championships. We lost in overtime because a kid on my team was crying because he didn't get to play so we had to put in all our worst players because of him. I had a blast though.
I also was on the track team. I made it to hurdles 2 and discus 2 and shot put once. I also did 4x100 2. It was fun. I think in 9th grade we will win district because of how good our 7th graders are. I was the best 7th grade discus thrower.

NOAH:
On April 24, 2018 I made it to the decathlon. The decathlon is when you go to a school and compete other student on physical fittness, but only 4 people get to go in your grade. I was able to go because I passed all the tests. This year I went to Bountiful High to do the decathlon. My favorite score that I got was on cup stacking, I did the whole 3,6,3 in 5.2 seconds. I was so happy. I looked at my mom and so was she! She was mouthing my score to me will showing the numbers on her hand after the decathlon me and mom selabrated at baskin robbins. I got carmel turtle truffle and snickers My whole score was 5th out of 12 schools when I got home Dad, mom, and I told everyone about how cool it was.
